Walk-in-closet in apartment.

This project was designed in 2020 for a special client in Itaim Bibi, Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The small walk-in-closet with 7.8 sq meters (83,95sq foot) has a special area for shoes. This is her exclusive space. She has more than 80 pairs of shoes and more than 20 luxury handbags. The worst-case scenario that I ever designed was 250 pairs of shoes and 50 handbags. 😅 Not bad...

To achieve a good makeup result, the light must be around the entire face. The challenge of this project was the makeup-table because she loves the natural light that came from the window, but the space was tight, too many clothes, shoes, and accessories.

The makeup-table has a lift (bottom-up) special to the mirror. This mirror has a LED backlight all around the corners. The black color was chosen because the finish looks metallic or pearl paint.

In many cases, the client does not want sway away from the from the traditional color.

Watch the video of our first experience! The light-mirror was not good, so we tried again. We replaced the LED behind the mirror, and it worked.
